           BOOKING POLICIES

📅 Booking & Deposit

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

⏰ Arrival & Tardiness

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added for every additional 10 minutes.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their session canceled without refund.

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Your retainer may be transferred to one new date.

• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer.

• Additional travel fees may apply if the rescheduled location requires extra travel.

📸 Image Delivery

Your professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery.

• Delivery time: 5–7 business days

• Clients will select their favorite images based on their purchased package.

• Additional edited images may be purchased separately.

🚗 Travel Fees

Photography packages do not include travel outside the Houston metropolitan area.

Travel fees, if applicable, will always be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

📂 RAW Images

RAW (unedited) images are not included and will not be released. Every image delivered by Plus40 Lens is professionally edited to reflect the quality and style of our brand.

⚠️ Liability

Plus40 Lens is not responsible for delays, limited coverage, or missed images due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Venue restrictions

• Guest interference

• Equipment restrictions imposed by the venue

• Late client arrival

• Any unforeseen events beyond the photographer’s control

Every reasonable effort will be made to provide the highest quality service and capture your special moments.
