POLICIES
**Tardiness:**
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this period, an additional fee of $20 will be applied for every subsequent 10 minutes. Appointments will be subject to cancellation if you are more than 30 minutes late.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling:**
If you are unable to attend your session, all deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If the event is rescheduled, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. Additional fees may apply if the new date incurs extra travel or other expenses.
**Liability**
-The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.
-The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, interference from guests, or restrictions imposed by the event location.
